Formosa's employees and contractors raised $670,000 for the 2026 United Way campaign, which goes to the United Way of Calhoun County, the United Way of the Crossroads and the United Way of Jackson County, Inc. The Formosa Plastics Corp. Texas United Way Charity Golf Tournament, which took place in October 2025, brought in $570,000 and was distributed to the United Way chapters before Thanksgiving. $87,000 was raised through employee donations of payroll deductions and administration building parking space bids. Formosa Plastics Corporation, Texas contributed a 15 percent match to the employee donations adding another $13,050. Formosa appreciates its employees and contractors for helping the region.
